This Sports Software application belongs to the BQGolf Golf Competitions Management system, which is built to organize golf events in multiple formats and manage player scoring and results presentation. The suite consists of desktop programs for competition control, result viewing, player database editing, and golf course database editing (BQGolf, BQGolf Viewer, BQGolf Players, BQGolf GC), along with mobile applications for viewing results and using an electronic scorecard (BQGolf MViewer, BQGolf MScorecard). It supports a wide range of formats such as match play (with or without qualification groups), stroke play, league formats, yellow ball, 1-2-3, and n Best Rounds, and accommodates scoring methods including gross, nett, Stableford, and user-defined points.

When BQGolf MScorecard is used, players record hole-by-hole scores on mobile devices, which are transmitted automatically to the main BQGolf program, updated in real time on leaderboards, and distributed to BQGolf Viewer and BQGolf MViewer. If electronic scorecards are not in use, the administrator enters scores or match results in the main program after each round or match, and in cup match play competitions the draw diagram is updated automatically. The number of competitions is not limited, and competition data is stored in a configurable cloud location (GoogleDrive or OneDrive). To configure a competition, the administrator inputs player names and handicaps (optionally using predefined databases), chooses the competition type and options such as handicap limits, groups, handicap systems (EGA/USGA or CONGU), count back, scoring type, and game type, generates and optionally edits starting groups or matches, and then starts the event so that scorecards are created and uploaded to the cloud. On arrival, players launch BQGolf MScorecard, scan a Smart Card via NFC or a QR code, download competition and player data, select the relevant player and marker, and then enter scores after each hole, which are totaled in real time in the main program and displayed on TV or projector leaderboards as well as on mobile devices.
