Konveio Document Engagement Platform

Konveio is a document engagement platform used in Public Sector Software by local governments to deliver digital citizen engagement experiences. It enables staff to share PDF documents with the public or stakeholder groups, collect comments directly on the content, and facilitate threaded discussions anywhere within a document. PDFs can be quickly enhanced by inserting interactive elements such as YouTube videos, ArcGIS maps, images, text overlays, and other content through iFrame embeds that can appear on specific pages or across multiple sections.

The platform supports visitor self-service through features like interactive glossaries for jargon and acronyms, an interactive table of contents, guided tours, translation support, and screen reader compatibility. In addition to commenting, users can place forms, surveys, and discussion forums within the document body or in a sidebar that can extend across any or all pages. Feedback is managed and reviewed through built-in search, tagging, and filtering tools, with options to export data as reports in CSV or annotated PDF formats. Each client is provided with a branded space and unique URL, and documents can also be embedded into external websites as iFrames, with configuration options designed to support different engagement phases and objectives.
