The software analyzes hydraulic fracture interactions, including fracture propagation in naturally fractured reservoirs using discrete fracture networks (DFNs) that may be defined deterministically or generated stochastically. Its models perform fully coupled hydro-mechanical simulations, where fluid flow is treated as fracture flow within joint networks and as matrix flow through the intact rock.
