This desktop SMS application is designed for SMS service providers that need to manage and send messages from a local system. It can read contact data directly from the machine on which it is installed, supporting multiple file and data formats such as Tally, XML, CSV, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, Access, DBF (FoxPro), and the Outlook address book. After importing, the software uploads contacts to the web through APIs and arranges them into groups for structured management.

Users can add, modify, and view contact records in the underlying database. The messaging interface allows sending SMS to 10‑digit numbers and is modeled on familiar tools, offering a Skype-like experience with a Google Talk-style layout. The application also operates as a background service in the task bar to remain available without requiring a full window to stay open.
