AlgoTune

AlgoTune is a research benchmark designed to evaluate the ability of large language models to optimize general-purpose numerical programs. It consists of over one hundred math, physics, and computer science functions where the objective is to generate code that outperforms reference implementations in speed while maintaining identical outputs. The platform also provides AlgoTuner, an agent framework that enables iterative code optimization and tracks model performance through detailed trajectory logs.
