Client Impact

Client Impact supports organizations that run programs in which volunteers directly engage with clients to deliver services, extending beyond basic client data management. To use all available functionality, the Volunteer Impact add-on is required, and together they form a complementary Nonprofit Software solution. Client Impact is frequently used by hospices, therapeutic riding centers, libraries offering tutoring, mentoring, or ESL services, as well as immigration service providers and similar organizations.

In combination, Client Impact and Volunteer Impact provide tools for customizable client profiles, linking volunteers with their assigned clients, and managing text and email communication. The system also supports client encounter reporting and offers a client portal and app for improved access and interaction.
