GenomeSpace was a cloud-based bioinformatics platform designed to facilitate end-to-end genomic data analysis by providing frictionless integration of diverse biological tools and recipes. Supported by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), it enabled researchers to access, share, and analyze complex datasets through a unified interface without requiring local software installation. The service has been discontinued following the expiration of its funding in November 2019.
