Developed by the University of Auckland and co-designed with rangatahi (youth), it provides accessible Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools, mindfulness exercises, and virtual guides to support emotional wellbeing. The platform offers private, culturally grounded digital interventions to help young people build resilience and manage everyday challenges.
