Myo-Guide is an AI-powered platform designed to support the diagnosis, characterization, and prognosis of neuromuscular diseases using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The system utilizes a fully automatic pipeline to analyze muscle MRIs based on the Mercuri score, helping clinicians identify patterns of fat replacement in muscles. Developed by the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre at Newcastle University, it aims to accelerate research and improve patient outcomes through advanced imaging biomarkers.
