PreconSuite is a Construction Software solution designed for managing preconstruction workflows, including customizable CSI codes and descriptions, subcontractor selection processes, sending options, and project bid list administration. Users retain full ownership of their subcontractor data, which is neither shared nor added to an external network, and can modify subcontractor records instantly using in-line editing. Bid Phases help organize and manage complex projects, and rebidding can be initiated in a few clicks to streamline the bidding process. Emails are sent from the user’s own email address rather than a third-party domain.

The platform includes a web-based prequalification form to record and monitor subcontractor qualifications and critical expiration dates such as insurance and bonding limits. Subcontractors can access project information directly in the planroom without creating an account or logging in. PreconSuite offers an open API and supports bi-directional integrations with Procore and HCSS for connected project data management within the broader Construction Software ecosystem.
