It guides countries through the methods and guidance necessary to integrate remote-sensing and ground-based observations for measuring, reporting, and verifying greenhouse gas emissions and removals in forests. The platform offers structured guides, a registry of technical tools, and an open-source knowledge base (openMRV) to assist stakeholders in implementing robust MRV processes.
