SNS3

SNS3 is an open-source satellite network simulator that extends the ns-3 discrete event simulation platform to model interactive multi-spot beam satellite networks. It provides a realistic framework for High-Throughput-Satellite (HTS) systems, implementing DVB-RCS2 and DVB-S2 standards with features such as Adaptive Coding and Modulation and Demand Assignment Multiple Access. Initially developed by Magister Solutions Ltd under ESA projects, it serves as a reference tool for research and development in satellite communication systems.
