UDO (Universal Document Output)

UDO is an open-source text markup format and software tool designed to translate documents into various other hyper-text formats, supporting Unicode and outputting to over 26 different file types. Originally created as shareware by Dirk Hagedorn, it was released under the GPL in 2001 and provides a command-line interface for cross-platform document conversion on Windows, Linux, macOS, and TOS. It serves as a centralized solution for developers and users requiring flexible, programmatic document format translation.
