WordWeb-IDEM is a digital humanities database that maps the networks of intertextuality, quotations, and cross-references in early modern English drama. Developed by the DHLab at the University of Basel, it allows researchers to analyze how phrases were borrowed and adapted among playwrights such as Shakespeare and his contemporaries.
