AC Payments & Donations enables organizations to accept payments for products, subscriptions, services, membership fees, and donations directly within Salesforce communities. Built as a native Salesforce application, it supports credit and debit card payments from customers, partners, employees, members, community users, and guests, with full tracking and reporting on all transactions. The solution integrates with Stripe via API for secure payment processing while maintaining Salesforce data storage, and supports one-time and recurring payments from any source object, including flexible custom donation amounts and standard Salesforce products, price books, and orders.

Designed for Nonprofit Software use cases, AC Payments & Donations includes drag-and-drop community builder components, configurable display options (embedded components or pop-up buttons), and leverages the Salesforce Lightning Design System for a responsive interface, with predefined user information to auto-complete payment details for logged-in users. It integrates with the Nonprofit Success Pack to automatically create donation records from transactions and subscriptions, and works with AC Events to manage online and offline fundraising events, accept recurring or one-time donations, and run donation campaigns with performance tracking in Salesforce. Both guest and community users are supported, and the Stripe-based donation processing through AC Events is offered at no cost.
