XMReality Remote Guidance provides a shared video view that lets users see exactly what a customer or colleague sees and offer step-by-step assistance remotely. A call link can be sent to any smart device to initiate a live video stream that includes augmented reality capabilities and other visual guiding tools. The interactive environment brings together speech, video, and guidance features to support faster issue resolution.

The software is device-agnostic, enabling connections simply by sharing a link, with an interface designed to simplify both joining a session and providing guidance through video with advanced assisting functions.
