Tickets can be routed to designated teams, reducing ambiguity over ownership, and viewed in multiple layouts that classify requests by priority, category, time, status, or group. This Office 365 ticketing system supports cross-functional service operations, including IT, HR, legal, and finance.
The solution allows employees to create and submit requests via a customer portal in SharePoint, by email, or through an embedded web part. Support teams can then process, track, and monitor these tickets using the same Office 365 ticketing system. Because the app is built on Office 365, all data remains within the organization’s Office 365 tenant.
