Lully’s WMS Orchestrator is a warehouse execution system suite that includes two main modules: Pick Planner and Pick Optimizer. Within the broader context of Inventory Management Software, it focuses on optimizing order grouping and pick paths inside the warehouse.

Pick Planner organizes orders intelligently before wave release to support faster fulfillment. It helps determine an efficient order mix, reduce stops per trip, balance workload across zones, identify bulk picking opportunities, and cut down on on-demand replenishments. Pick Optimizer applies unsupervised machine learning together with heuristic planning algorithms as the final step in order group optimization before tasks are assigned to operators, aiming to shorten travel distance, limit location visits, increase orders handled per trip, and offer configuration options suited to different operational requirements.
