The platform provides configurable ticket types with dynamic attributes that can be applied to specific ticket categories, along with email integration, chat-based communication, autoresponse, and reusable response templates to support service operations and queues.
In addition to ticket management, Mint Service Desk includes asset management capabilities and a CMDB. Assets can be organized with dynamic attributes assigned at the asset category level, and relationships can be defined between assets and tickets as well as between different assets. The system also supports dictionaries to standardize and structure data used across the platform.
